Disuccinimidyl suberate is a homobifunctional amine-reactive crosslinker. It is usually coupled to molecules containing primary amines via amide bonds buffered at pH 7.5 (6.5-8.5). It incorporates an 8-atom spacer arm.

Anwendungen
Disuccinimidylsuberat ist ein homobifunktioneller aminreaktiver Vernetzer. Ist normalerweise über bei pH 7.5 (6.5-8.5) gepufferte Amidbindungen an Moleküle gekuppelt, die primäre Amine enthalten. Enthält einen 8-atomigen Spacerarm.

Löslichkeit
Unlöslich in Wasser. Löslich in Chloroform: 50 mg/ml.

Hinweise
Stabil unter empfohlenen Lagerbedingungen. Nicht kompatibel mit Oxidationsmitteln.
