Le DST Thermo Scientific Pierce, également appelé tartrate de disuccinimidyl, est un réticulateur hydrosoluble qui contient des extrémités d’ester NHS réactives à l’amine autour d’un bras espaceur de 4 atomes, dont le diol central peut être clivé par oxydation périodate.

Caractéristiques du tartrate de disuccinimidyl :

• Groupes réactifs : Ester NHS (aux deux extrémités)
• Réactif vers : groupes amino (amines primaires)
• Soluble dans du DMSO ou du DMF à une concentration ∼ 10 mM (3 mg/ml)
• Clivable par méta-periodate de sodium (réf. n°20504)
• Idéal pour les applications dans lesquelles la clivabilité des liaisons croisées est souhaitée sans liaisons disulfures protéiques perturbatrices
