Tri-Methyl Lysine Antibody (PA5-116816) in WB
Western blot analysis of Tri-Methyl Lysine in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with Tri-Methyl Lysine Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116816) using a dilution of 1:500, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. HeLa and MCF7 cells were treated by ADOX (100 μM) for 24 hours . Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 3 min.
