DHX™ Heat Exchanger (Thermo Scientific™)

The Thermo Scientific™ DHX™ Heat Exchanger is a modular heat exchanger system that uses up to four single-use Thermo Scientific™ BioProcess Containers (BPCs) as the sterile fluid path. The BPCs fit tightly between five stainless steel plates, efficiently transferring heat in a counter-current flow path. The DHX Heat Exchanger provides efficient, sterile heat transfer that easily integrates into any process.

The 30 L Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ S.U.F., jacketed, AC Motor, with 2 position vent filter bracket, is designed to provide the users with enhanced functionality, ease of use, and efficiency for microbial fermentation. The HyPerforma S.U.F. system consists of a fermentor tank and Thermo Scientific™ HyPerforma™ S.U.F. BioProcess Container (BPC). The system has a 5:1 turndown ratio, which means it can run at a low 6 L working volume. The 200L Thermo Scientific™ Harvestainer™ Microcarrier Separation BPC system is composed of Aegis5-14 single web, multi-layer plastic film and includes a single inner bioprocess container (BPC), and 1 top port (MPX body), 1 bottom drain (MPX insert). This system enables the simple and effective separation of microcarriers from the cell culture supernatant harvest in a single-step, in a completely closed system. The Harvestainer BPC features a dual chamber system comprised of a 25L pillow-style BPC within the 2000L BPC.
