Tutorial PreTrained AI models for Model Manager
Pretrained models of the Deep Learning Tutorial, to populate the newly introduced Model Manager and Model Comparison panel (Compatible only with Amira-Avizo 2025.1)
This Xtra proposes pretrained models equivalent to those you can train following the Deep Learning tutorial (Xtra: Getting Started with Deep Learning Training for Image Segmentation), in a format that can be imported in the Model Manager introduced in version 2025.1 of the Segmentation Workroom.
After installing the Xtra:
- Open the Xtras folder and Xtra_AI_Training_Tuto, open the Grayscale image GroundTruth, and a roiSet.
- Enter the Segmentation workroom, select the AI Assisted Segmentation tool
- Open the Model Manager, and import the pretrained models AITuto_Training1 and AITuto_Training2
You can now review the training parameters, and tensorboard logs for these pretrained models from the Model Manager.
You may also enter the Evaluate Models window, and obtain quality metrics comparing the ground truth segmentation and the prediction from relevant pretrained models inside the selected regions of interest, and select the most appropriate model.
