A mouse cerebellum section visualized using a fluorescent Qdot® nanocrystal conjugate. IP3 receptors were labeled with a rabbit anti-IP3 antibody and visualized using green-fluorescent Qdot® 525 goat F(ab')2 anti–rabbit IgG (Cat. no. Q11441MP). Actin was labeled with red-fluorescent rhodamine phalloidin (Cat. no. R415). Nuclei were stained with blue-fluorescent DAPI (Cat. no. D1306, D3571, D21490).
