Western blot analysis of LMO1 in rat brain extract (lane 1), NIH3T3 whole cell lysates (lane 2) and HeLa whole cell lysates (lane 3). Samples were incubated with LMO1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95417) using a 0.5 µg/mL dilution. developed was performed using enhanced chemiluminescence (ECL).

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: rat brain tissue, NIH3T3 whole cell, HELA whole cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
LMO1 encodes a cysteine-rich, two LIM domain transcriptional regulator. It is mapped to an area of consistent chromosomal translocation in chromosome 11, disrupting it in T-cell leukemia, although more rarely than the related gene, LMO2 is disrupted.
