Click-iT® Plus TUNEL assay versus current Click-iT® TUNEL assay

(A and B) HeLa cells were transduced with CellLight® Mitochondria-GFP, BacMam 2.0, and treated with DNase to induce TUNEL-positive DNA strand breaks. After the TUNEL reaction, actin filaments were stained with ActinRed™ 555 ReadyProbes® Reagent. (C and D) HeLa cells were transduced with CellLight® Mitochondria-RFP, BacMam 2.0, and treated with DNase to induce TUNEL-positive DNA strand breaks. After the TUNEL reaction, actin filaments were stained with ActinGreen™ 488 ReadyProbes® Reagent.
