Known quantity of protein samples were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12% Bis-Tris gel (Product ## NP0321BOX), XCell SureLock? Electrophoresis System (Product ## EI0002) and Novex® Sharp Pre-Stained Protein Standard  (Product ## LC5800).
