We are committed to providing comprehensive training and education programs that empower customers with the skills and knowledge they need to optimize their assay implementations. Our program goals and objectives are designed to support end-users in their journey toward proficiency and mastery of our HLA products.
Offered globally, in-person and virtually, our workshop programs provide on-the-bench and software analysis training that is tailored to the unique needs of our end-users. Through our programs, we offer troubleshooting techniques and tools for interpreting complex results, helping end-users to maximize the use of our products in their labs. These programs also offer solutions to labs that require additional resources for training and onboarding staff.
