Applications
Used in flavoring tangerine, mandarin, cherry, melon and orange and also as a fragrances agent. It causes defects for locomotion in green fluorescent protein (GFP). It is an antimicrobial agent that destroys fungi by suppressing their ability to grow or reproduce.

Solubility
Not miscible or difficult to mix in water. Soluble in alcohol and fixed oils.

Notes
Air Sensitive. Store away from air and oxidizing agents. Keep the container tightly closed and place it in a cool, dry and well ventilated condition. Store under inert gas.
