Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of THP-1 (Lane 1), RAW 264.7 (Lane 2), SK-O-V3 (Lane 3) and Neuro-2a (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0342BOX), 12 well.
