Please note: We are reviewing Western blot images included in the antibody testing data in our catalog, including those provided by third parties. Unless expressly labeled or annotated as “raw-unedited”, Western blot images included in the antibody testing data in our catalog may have been edited, optimized or otherwise adjusted for presentation.
The antibody detects a 60 kDa* band corresponding to Coronin-1B on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431 or HeLa cells treated with Calyculin A. This band is not observed in control cells and the band observed in Calyculin A-treated cells can be removed with lambda phosphatase treatment.
Members of the coronin family, such as CORO1B, are WD repeat-containing actin-binding proteins that regulate cell motility.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
