AHA1 Antibody (PA5-27674) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of AHA1 was performed in DIV9 rat E18 primary hippocampal neuron cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: AHA1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27674) diluted at 1:500. Red: beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1, stained by beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 antibody. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI.

Target Information
Acts as a co-chaperone of HSP90AA1 (PubMed:29127155). Activates the ATPase activity of HSP90AA1 leading to increase in its chaperone activity (PubMed:29127155). Competes with the inhibitory co-chaperone FNIP1 for binding to HSP90AA1, thereby providing a reciprocal regulatory mechanism for chaperoning of client proteins (PubMed:27353360). Competes with the inhibitory co-chaperone TSC1 for binding to HSP90AA1, thereby providing a reciprocal regulatory mechanism for chaperoning of client proteins (PubMed:29127155). [UniProt]
