Western blot analysis of SLC7A1 (other name: Cat-1, and Slif in Drosophila) using SLC7A1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-42426) was performed by loading 10 mg of each cell lysates: HeLa (lane 1) and Drosophila S2 (lane 2) in sample buffer and 5 µL Spectra Multicolor Broad Range Protein Ladder (Product # 26634) onto a 10% SDS-PAGE gel.
