UGT1A10 Antibody (PA5-51151) in WB
Western Blot analysis of UGT1A10 was performed using Lane 1-3: 231, HeLa, and mouse liver tissue cells. The membrane was probed with UGT1A10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-51151) 1:300 dilution. Secondary antibody: Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1:8,000 dilution. Exposure time: 10 seconds.

Target Information
This gene encodes a UDP-glucuronosyltransferase, an enzyme of the glucuronidation pathway that transforms small lipophilic molecules, such as steroids, bilirubin, hormones, and drugs, into water-soluble, excretable metabolites. This gene is part of a complex locus that encodes several UDP-glucuronosyltransferases. The locus includes thirteen unique alternate first exons followed by four common exons. Four of the alternate first exons are considered pseudogenes.
