AcroMetrix™ HIV-1 Controls (RUO)

Identify increases in random or systematic error of nucleic acid test procedures for the quantitative and qualitative determination of human immunodeficiency virus type-1 (HIV-1) RNA with the Thermo Scientific™ AcroMetrix™ HIV-1 Controls (RUO). Routine use of external run controls enables laboratories to monitor day-to-day test variation, lot-to-lot performance of test kits, and operator variation and can assist in identifying increases in random or systematic error. The controls are for Research Use Only and are not for use in diagnostic procedures.
