Easier on the environment
This 100% paper alternative to EPS coolers has a cardboard framework lined with perforated layers of paper insulation and is fully curbside-recyclable in normal paper and corrugated cardboard recycling streams. Corrugated packaging is the most widely recycled material in the United States, with a 93% recovery rate. EPS is not readily recyclable, accumulates in landfills, and often ends up littering oceans, waterways, and highways. Though EPS itself is unreactive, compounds used in the production of EPS have been identified as harmful to human health.
