SeqScape™ Software v4.1, initial license

Backing up data can help protect you from data loss and/or for sending data to Technical Support for troubleshooting. To export Projects, Project Templates, Reference Data Groups, Libraries, Analysis Defaults, Analysis Protocols, and Display Settings:

1. Go to the Tools menu and select SeqScape Manager.
2. Click on the tab that contains the file(s) you want to back up or export.
3. Select the file(s) that you want to export. Hold down the Shift key while selecting files to select a group of files, or the Control key to select multiple individual files. Once they are selected, click on Export at the bottom of the window.
4. Browse to the location where you want to save the files, and click Export to save them (Note: When selecting multiple files, the File name will appear as the pathway to the location where you are going to save the files.)

If you are performing a data backup, you will want to repeat steps 2-4 for each tab to make sure that all of your work is backed up. Once you have backed them up, save the files to the storage media of your choice (CD, DVD, network drive, flash drive).

- SeqScape Software v4.1 is supported only on Windows 10 Professional/Enterprise operating system
- SeqScape Software v4.1 supports data generated from SeqStudio Flex Series Genetic Analyzers
- SeqScape Software v4.1 uses KB Basecaller version 1.4.2.6 for basecalling
