IL-26 Antibody (MA5-23643) in Flow
Flow cytometry of IL-26 in Human CD3+ cells treated with PMA and Calcium Ionomycin. Samples were incubated in IL-26 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23643) or isotype control. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
