PCR and Sequencing Primers
The Applied Biosystems™ CleanSweep™ PCR Purification Reagent is used for enzymatic clean-up of an amplified PCR product in an easy-to-use, single pipetting step format. The reagent dephosphorylates unincorporated nucleotides and digests unused primers to ensure accurate downstream analysis of sequencing or single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data.
