Getting Started with Amira-Avizo Software

Amira and Avizo Software are used for 3D image visualization and image processing. These two videos explain features any user of the software would need to know, including an explanation of the interface, opening data, and viewing data.

The first tutorial video introduces the interface and basic concepts within Amira and Avizo Software. It is explained how to access the User Guide, load data, view Metadata, and add visualizations of data.

This second tutorial video continues to introduce basic concepts within Amira and Avizo Software. It is explained how to change settings of displays, move the 3D camera, hide and unhide displays, and delete objects. This is Part 2 of a two-part tutorial.
