How to Load 3D Image Data into Amira-Avizo Software

This tutorial shows typical ways to load image data into Amira and Avizo Software. There are few agreed upon file formats for 3D image data, so the software is flexible but sometimes requires user input. The video covers the "Open Data" and "Open Data As" dialogues as well as Image Read Parameters for loading a series of 2D images as a 3D dataset.
