XRN2 Antibody (A301-103A-T) in WB
Detection of human XRN2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (10 µg) from A-549, RKO, Jurkat, DLD-1, and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-XRN2 antibody (Product # A301-103A lot 3) used for WB at 0.04 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Target Information
XRN2 gene encodes a 5'-3' exonuclease that promotes transcription termination at cotranscriptional cleavage sites. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
