ALG1 Antibody (PA1-031) in WB
Western blot analysis of Alg-1 was performed by loading 15 µg WT or Alg-1 (-) worm extract onto a 4-20% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% Milk/TBST for at least 1 hour. Membranes were then probed with a rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizing Alg-1 (Product # PA1-031) at a dilution of 1:5000 for 1 hour and room temperature on a rocking platform.
