Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: rat lung tissue, rat thymus tissue, rat spleen tissue, mouse lung tissue, mouse testis tissue, mouse thymus tissue. IHC: mouse lung tissue, rat lung tissue, human intestine cancer tissue, human mammary cancer tissue.
Target Information
ALOX15 converts arachidonic acid to 15S-hydroperoxyeicosatetraenoic acid. The protein also acts on C-12 of arachidonate as well as on linoleic acid.
