CAR Antibody (PA5-80528) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of CAR in HepG2 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with CAR Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80528, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cell membrane.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a type I membrane receptor for group B coxsackieviruses and subgroup C adenoviruses. Pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosomes 15, 18, and 21.
