Store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please remember to spin the tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from material adhering to the cap or sides of the tube.
For reconstitution add 50 µL of sterile water.
Specific Species Reactivity: Aureococcus (Pelagophyte), Heterosigma akashiwo (Bacillariophyte)
FCP usually refers to ferredoxin chloroplast protein phosphatases or related chloroplast phosphatases implicated in regulating photosynthetic protein phosphorylation, but the term is ambiguous without species or context. In plants, key thylakoid protein phosphatases control reversible phosphorylation of light harvesting complex proteins and photosystem components, tuning state transitions, energy distribution, and photoprotection under changing light. If FCP denotes a specific gene or protein in your dataset, providing the organism and full name or accession will help identify its precise function, localization, and roles in photosynthesis and stress acclimation.
