GPR88 Antibody (PA3-044) in ICC/IF
Immunofluoresent analysis of GPR88 in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 15 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA in PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were stained with a GPR82 rabbit polyclonal antibody (Product # PA3-044) at a dilution of 1:500 in blocking buffer for 1 hour at room temperature, and then incubated with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugate (Product # A-11034) at a dilution of 1:1000 for at least 30 minutes at room temperature in the dark (green). ... Target Information
GPR88 is an Orphan-A GPCR with an unknown ligand. GPR88 expression has been documented almost exclusively in the striatum of the brain and not in any peripheral tissues. ESTs have been isolated from diseased brain, ear, and kidney libraries.
