Moesin Antibody (MA5-49167) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of Moesin in SiHa cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in Moesin Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49167) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HL-60 whole cell, human K562 whole cell, monkey COS-7 whole cell, rat kidney tissue, mouse kidney tissue, human MCF-7 whole cell. IHC: human gastric adenocarcinoma tissue, human colonic adenocarcinoma tissue, human liver cancer tissue, human placenta tissue. ICC/IF: SiHa cell. Flow: U87 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Moesin, a member of the talin-4. 1 superfamily, is a linking protein of the submembraneous actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines but not in blood cells. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
