Western blot analysis of MYST1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with MYST1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96098) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

Target Information
The MYST family of histone acetyltransferases, which includes MYST1, is named for the founding members MOZ (MYST3), yeast YBF2 and SAS2, and TIP60 (HTATIP). All members of this family contain a MYST region of about 240 amino acids with a canonical acetyl-CoA-binding site and a C2HC-type zinc finger motif. Most MYST proteins also have a chromodomain involved in protein-protein interactions and targeting transcriptional regulators to chromatin.
