          APBB2 Antibody (PA5-101421) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of APBB2 in human kidney cancer and adjacent normal tissues. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with APBB2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101421) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total APBB2.

          Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene interacts with the cytoplasmic domains of amyloid beta precursor protein and amyloid beta precursor-like protein 2. This protein contains two phosphotyrosine binding domains, which are thought to function in signal transduction. Polymorphisms in this gene have been associated with Alzheimer's disease. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
