POU3F3 Antibody (PA5-70366) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemical analysis of POU3F3 in paraffin-embedded human adult heart tissue. Sample was probed with a POU3F3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-70366) at a dilution of 1:600. Detection was performed with a donkey anti-Rabbit Cy2/3 secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:200. Images were taken at 20x magnification with an exposure time of 0.5-2.0 seconds.

POU3F3 is a member of the class III POU family of transcription factors that are expressed in the central nervous system. The POU domain in these proteins is required for high affinity binding to octamer DNA sequences.
