USP36 Antibody (PA5-99735) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of USP36 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C), incubated with mouse anti-beta tubulin and USP36 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99735) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 (red) and goat anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor 488 (green).

Target Information
May be required for maintaining multiple types of adult stem cells. May function as a transcriptional repressor by continually deubiquiting histone H2B at the promoters of genes critical for cellular differentiation, thereby preventing histone H3 'Lys-4' trimethylation (H3K4).
