2021 Advanced Virtual Workshop Series
In this session, we build upon the knowledge learned in previous sessions and focus on a series of challenging cases studies designed to better familiarize HLA Fusion software users with performing eplet analysis and eplet matching. Additionally, we present examples of difficult serum samples highlighting serum interfering factors, the prozone effect, complement inhibition, and other challenging antibody identification.
