eBioscience™ 10X RBC Lysis Buffer (Multi-species) - FAQs

We've purchased the eBioscience 10X RBC Lysis Buffer (Multi-species) (Cat. No. 00-4300-54). Can we store the reconstituted solution at room temp or is it necessary to prepare the solution fresh before use?

The diluted 10X RBC Lysis Buffer should be stable for about 1 month when stored at room temperature. The product will be more stable as a 10X concentrate. We recommend making enough of the 1X solution to last 3-4 weeks.
