Cullin 4A Monoclonal Antibody (GT885) detects Cullin 4a protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Cullin 4a protein stained by Cullin 4A Monoclonal Antibody (GT885) (Product # MA5-27796) diluted at 1:200. Red: Phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:100. Scale bar = 10 µm.
