ABAT Antibody (MA5-35765) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of ABAT in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer. Samples were incubated with ABAT Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35765) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Accessory subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I), that is believed not to be involved in catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone.
