Phospho-USP22 (Thr147) Antibody (PA5-105351) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-USP22 (Thr147) in mouse spleen tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-USP22 (Thr147) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105351) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of USP22 only when phosphorylated at Thr147.
Target Information
Histone deubiquitinating component of the transcription regulatory histone acetylation (HAT) complex SAGA. Catalyzes the deubiquitination of both histones H2A and H2B, thereby acting as a coactivator. Recruited to specific gene promoters by activators such as MYC, where it is required for transcription. Required for nuclear receptor-mediated transactivation and cell cycle progression.
