CHRDL1 Antibody (PA5-119023) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) analysis of CHRDL1 in mouse kidney tissue using CHRDL1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-119023) (20 µg/mL) and using PBS intead of the primary antibody as a control. The sample was then stained with HRP-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG polyclonal secondary antibody (2 µg/mL). DAB staining.

Target Information
CHRDL1 is an antagonist of bone morphogenetic protein 4. The encoded protein may play a role in topographic retinotectal projection and in the regulation of retinal angiogenesis in response to hypoxia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
