Western blot analysis of PSMC5 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with PSMC5 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89288) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.

Target Information
Human SUG1 (also known as p45, Rpt6 and Cim3) is a component of the 19S regulatory subunit of the 26S proteosome complex. It is one of the AAA ATPas found in the 19S regulatory complex that is thought to participate in the unfolding of ubiquitinated proteins in an ATP-dependent manner. It has also been shown to directly interact with the nucleotide excision repair protein XPB.
