How to Use Interactive Segmentation Tools in Segmentation+ Workroom

Amira and Avizo Software provide versatile interactive selection tool for complex image segmentation work. The combination of tools provides many options for efficient and high-quality segmentation in cases where fully automated approaches are not expected to work.
It is also increasingly common to use manual selections to train a Deep Learning model. So even when the goal is full automation, it is beneficial to have a source of truth from manually labeled data. This short tutorial series illustrates these tools.
