Introduction to the Segmentation+ Workroom Interface
Many segmentation projects benefit from a specialist's manual selections. This short tutorial explains the interface used for manual segmentation in Amira and Avizo Software.
This video explains basic concepts for the manual segmentation interfaced used in Amira and Avizo, called the Segmentation+ Workroom. This interface replaces a prior Segmentation Workroom that is now deprecated in recent versions to enhance the UI and accommodate modern tools like AI Segmentation.
The video covers how to load image data, how to change the viewers, how to adjust 2D display settings, and how to show a 3D visualization.
