Bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells (BPAEC) fixed and permeabilized in the presence of paclitaxel (Cat. no. P3456) to stabilize the microtubules. Microtubules were then labeled with mouse monoclonal anti–ß-tubulin IgG and biotin-XX goat anti–mouse IgG (Cat.no. B2763) and visualized with the ELF® 97 Cytological Labeling Kit (Cat. no. E6603).
