RoboColumn prepacked columns

RoboColumn formats are prepacked in 8-column strips for automated, parallel separations on robotic liquid handling systems. Available in 50 µL, 200 µL, and 600 µL volumes, these columns support high-throughput screening and process development.

For mAb purification, options include HQ and XQ for anion exchange polishing, HS and XS for cation exchange polishing, and HIC columns for orthogonal polishing. For mRNA purification, Oligo (dT)25 affinity columns support selective capture of poly(A) mRNA from in vitro transcription mixtures.
