Applications
4-Isopropoxybenzoic acid is used to prepare 5-(4-isopropoxyphenyl)-N-phenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine by reacting with N-phenylhydrazinecarbothioamide in the presence of phosphorusoxychloride.
