These plates help remove salts, detergents, buffers, denaturants, chaotropes, and other chemistry-compatible contaminants that can interfere with downstream analysis. The plate portfolio includes multiple peptide clean-up chemistries, including octadecyl silica (C18), strong anion exchange (SAX), mixed-mode cation exchange (MCX), styrene divinylbenzene reversed-phase sulfonate (SDB-RPS), and styrene divinylbenzene crosslinked (SDB-XC), for high-throughput desalting, clean-up, concentration, and fractionation workflows.

Thermo Scientific™ Pierce™ Peptide Clean-Up Plate products use reversed-phase, ion-exchange, or mixed-mode retention to support a range of peptide sample-preparation strategies.
