Ambion™ PureLink™ miRNA Isolation Kit는 다양한 샘플에서 일반적으로 15분 내에 miRNA 및 siRNA 등의 small RNA 분자를 분리하도록 만들어졌습니다(표 1 참조). 이 키트는 실리카 기반 두 컬럼 시스템을 사용해 small RNA를 증폭시킵니다(그림 1 참조). 약 200 nucleotide 이상의 RNA가 첫 번째 컬럼에 결합합니다. 그 후에 에탄올을 flow-through에 첨가해 두 번째 컬럼의 유리 섬유막과 small RNA의 결합 친화력을 높입니다. 두 번째 컬럼 결합 후, 28S rRNA, 18S rRNA, mRNA 등의 큰 RNA 분자 없이 바로 이용할 수 있는 small RNA 분자를 용출하여 small RNA 분자의 발현을 분석할 수 있습니다.

Ambion™ PureLink™ miRNA Isolation Kit를 사용해 정제된 miRNA는 RNA sequencing, microarray analysis, real-time PCR (qPCR), reverse transcription real-time PCR (RT-qPCR), northern blotting 등의 downstream 어플리케이션에 적합합니다.
연구용으로만 사용할 수 있습니다. 사람이나 동물의 치료 또는 진단용으로 사용할 수 없습니다.
