IHC抗原回復液-低pH（10X）は、ホルマリン固定パラフィン埋込組織切片の免疫組織化学の前の熱誘導エピトープ回収（HIER）のステップで使用するために設計されています。このバッファーを熱（マイクロ波、ウォーターバス、圧力調理器など）と組み合わせて使用することで、組織のホルマリン固定中に修飾されたタンパク質の抗原性が回復することが示されています。このバッファーは、10X原液として提供されます。このバッファーを試薬グレードの水で1Xに希釈すると、10 mMクエン酸ナトリウム溶液（pH 6.0）が得られます。
