自動固相抽出について

Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ AutoTrace™ 280 自動固相抽出システムは、水質分析の米国 EPA メソッドや、固相抽出 (SPE) によるサンプルクリーンアップ必要とするメソッド行うラボに最適です。ワークステーションは、液体サンプルを固相抽出ディスクまたはカートリッジに自動的にロードし、目的の分析種を溶出するため、たった 15 分の操作で、最高 6 つのサンプルを同時に処理できます。

AutoTrace 280 システムは、20 mL から 4L の液体サンプルの大容量固相抽出に対応します。システムは最高 5 種類の溶媒を使用して、1、3、6 mL の固相抽出カートリッジまたは 47 mm の固相ディスク用に構成できます。
